Key Result Area

  • Team Handling Role.
  • To Create & Implement Business Plan for meeting sales, Revenue and collection targets for "School Products " in allocated Territory along with Team.
  • Focus on grabbing students and attracting/retaining new as well existing customers in the identified territory.
  • To acquire new students across the school’s portfolio by promoting strength and profile of Academic Team/Faculties.
  • Upsell/cross sell to existing customers to achieve revenue and order intake targets through the team assigned.
  • Analyse market trends, tracking competition activities, Customer Interactions & feedback on KELVIN study materials.
  • Build relations / rapport with the existing customers in the territory.
  • Tie up with the schools in existing territories for integrated learning programmes for IIT-JEE/NEET.
  • Presenting KELVIN in schools, colleges and other areas about courses offered by means of presentation, PPTs, conducting seminars etc.
  • Organizing promotional activities including banners, flyers and provide product demos through seminars, organising workshops in schools, colleges and other areas within territories.
  • Coordination with other teams.
  • To appoint, manage & drive /motivate and generate biz thru channel partners.
  • Development/Expansion of existing/new centres.
  • Any other tasks as assigned from time to time.

Desired Candidate Profile

Preference would be given to those candidates who is working with Education Industry having minimum 5 years of experience and having full time MBA/PGDBM from recognised institute/university.

Advance knowledge of Excel, word and power point is mandatory.

TWO-WHEELER WITH VALID DRIVING LICENCE IS MANDATORY

KRA (KEY RESULT AREA)

  • Extending a very warm welcome to calling parent / student by saying Good Morning / Afternoon Evening, KELVIN.
  • Self-Calling on data on daily basis & generating revenue accordingly i.e. Enrollment of students for KTSE & Admissions, or any other exams in future.
  • Ensuring 100% target to be achieved individually. Follow up with all leads regularly and prepare report for the same.
  • Verifying that the caller is not our existing student or a parent of existing student.
  • Asking basic information like name, location, class studying in, program interested in, phone number etc.
  • Providing all information sought precisely.
  • Provoking parent / student to ask questions that reveals the strength of KELVIN.
  • Making parent / student understand all points given under Reasons why KELVIN is considered to be the Best.
  • Ensuring parent / student conceive a Positive Word of Mouth which brings more potential parents & students.
  • Closing the call after verifying, that all questions have been answered.
  • Recording the information physically and electronically.
  • Query resolution for Admission, Documentation required.
  • Solving the queries of the students /parents on call.
  • Ability to work under pressure and able to manage the targets.
